The first step in producing any glass order is getting the glass cut. Solar Seal uses modern automated cutting equipment that saves both labor and materials. Our glass inventory which contains sheets as large as 204" x 130" can be cut into practically any shape by using one of our 62 standard shapes. Should your needs not fit any of those shapes, you may supply us with a DXF file or a rigid full size template which can then be digitized and cut automatically to your exact specifications.

When ordering from Solar Seal, we request that you specify your dimensions as base x height as viewed from the exterior. This allows us to place coated glass on the correct surface and to cut shapes correctly.
